Organizers of the Forum are Ukrainian public organizations, National
Agency of Ukraine for Development and European
Integration, and UN Development Program.
The concept of Forum organization allows to increase the number of organizers
irrespective of their legal status.
All decisions regarding Forum organization are made by the Organizing
Committee, which is formed from influential
representatives of state, donor and public organizations and famous
patrons.
In the process of the event preparation the Committee’s body can be
changed.
Initial body of the Committee is presented in the Appendix.
The Committee conducts its activity in the form of monthly meetings
till May 1999 and then in the form of weekly meetings till the beginning
of the event.
Any changes to the Committee’s body are made by the Committee’s decision
during its meetings.
Honorable Guests of the Forum can take part in the work of the Organizing
Committee.
Meetings of the Committee are open.
The executive body of the Organizing Committee is the Working Group.
The Working Group (Group) consists of
Forum organizers’ representatives.
The Group conducts constant organizational and technical preparation
of the Forum.
It gives an account of the work done for certain period to the Organizing
Committee, and it prepares necessary materials and decision projects for
the Committee’s meetings.
The Group is responsible for the organization of the Committee’s meetings:
it provides in advance relevant materials, and it keeps records of the
meetings.
Body of the Working Group, number and qualification of its employees
are determined by the head of the Group according to organizational needs.
The Group conducts its activity constantly till the finalizing of the Forum’s
results.
Forum budget consists of grants provided by donor organizations, participants’
fees, budget funds, and sponsor payments provided by enterprises.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for the budget. NGO, Forum organizers,
are eligible to obtain the grants.
In accordance with the joint decision of Forum organizers, the main
executor of the project is Communications Development Center.
