On  23.02  We had meeting  in Kiev with France -Ambassador Pascal Fieski 
and Secretary Milka Statich and informed him about our contacts with Soldiers of Peace International  Association.  
 On 8.03-23.03.98-We had trip to Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia ;and  We had meeting   in Zagreb with Ukraine -Ambassador Anatolij Shostak and Military Attache of Ukraine Col. Victor Gvozd(UNPROFOR ). We had vizit to Eastern Slavonia and had meeting with UNCIVPOL  and Croatian Police in Beli Monastir, Osiek, Darda. 

 On 29.03-4.04.- vizit to Brussels,and We had meetings in HQ NATO,                SHAPE,PFP CC,SFOR CC, EU, WEU, NAA .  
 On 1.04 -We had  meeting in Brussels with German Admiral U.Hundt-Secretary-General of                EUROMIL/DBwV  (Europian Organization of Military Association). 
  
 On 14-15.04- We had meeting  in Kiev with USA -Ambassador S.Piyfer and            First  Secretary Scott Thompson. 
On 23-24.04-our representative Col.Sergey Nagoriynski CPIO MoD, visited               with Gen.Col. Kuzmuk -MOD UKRAINE to France and had a meeting                    with the MOD  France. 

 On 24.04 We had meeting of Executive Commettee UPVA in Kiev . 
 On 29.04-3.05 our representative lt.Col. Igor Mikhailov  visited HQ SPIA  in Lion, France and had a meeting with the President of SPIA/FNAME  
Mr.L. Attar-Bayrou.            
              
 On 7-9.05 our representative lt.Col. A.Kononenko and Maj. A. Spivak took 
 part in meeting International Association of Peacekeeping Training  Centres in Oslo,Norway  
     
 On 9.05- We took part in official ceremony for Victory Day, and had a  meeting   Afgan War veterans and UN - veterans. 
  On 11-18.05  We took part in Yalta International NATO-Ukraine-Russia              Conference.   
  On 15.05 We had visit to Ukrainian NAVY HQ in Sevastopol, and had              meeting on ''Getman Sagajdachnij '' Ukr.NAVY B.S. 
 On 20.05- We took part in meeting '' 50 years  of  Israel , and role UN''. 
 On  22.05- We  had meeting  in Kiev with President of Turkey S. Demirel.   
 On 24.05-We had  meeting in Canadian Embassy  in Kiev  with 
 Jody  Williams (World Ban antipersonnel landmines).                            
  On 28-29.05-We took part in AFCEA Europe Kiev Seminar''The Information 
Tehnology to the Buildingof a Safe Regional Environment ''.(AFCEA-Armed Forces 
Communications and Electronic Association)
